We're on the hunt for a driven and seasoned Operations Manager to take the reins of one of our regional operations teams at Houst. If you're passionate about steering the ship towards operational triumph in one of our bustling growth markets, we want to hear from you!

In this pivotal role, you'll be the captain of a dynamic team of Operations Associates. Together, you'll strive for operational excellence and aim to surpass expectations, ensuring our guests and hosts are wowed with 5-star experiences every single time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own operational KPIs for your region, including cleaning ratings, maintenance performance and guest satisfaction
• Analyse data and reports to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and grow a complex network of suppliers ranging from maintenance providers over linen delivery companies to independent contractors
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Onboarding, Commercial and Guest Experience to improve processes and maximise our hosts’ success
• Develop and execute projects that improve operational performance in your market and beyond
• Manage and develop a team of Operations Associates
• Support daily operations where needed by managing inbound requests, scheduling and communicating with cleaners as well as any other operational tasks that support the business

Requirements

• Previous experience of managing an operations team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use Excel or Google Sheets to analyse data and present findings
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Resourcefulness, initiative, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Extreme attention to detail
• Fluency in French is a must
• Availability to work shift patterns including some weekends (9 am to 6 pm CET)
