What you’ll be doing
Company: Leading Engineering Consulting Company (location: Ghardaia, Algeria)
Position: Interior Designer (On-site, Full-Time, Morning Shift)

Responsibilities:
- Design interiors for commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
- Prepare conceptual and technical design work and maintain a project portfolio.
- Produce construction drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit (or similar).
- Create 3D visualizations and renderings and prepare presentation boards.
- Produce technical documentation: schedules, BOQs, specifications, and tender-ready drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients; manage design revisions and site instructions.
- Manage project timelines, meet deadlines for multiple projects, and ensure construction detailing and quality control.
- Travel to project sites as required.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years relevant professional interior design experience with demonstrable portfolio.
- Software/Tools: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit (BIM); 3ds Max, SketchUp or similar for 3D visualization; Photoshop for presentation boards.
- Technical: Ability to produce construction drawings, BOQs, schedules, specifications, and tender-ready documentation; knowledge of building finishes, FF&E selection, and materials specifications.
- Other: Coordination with multidisciplinary teams, site visits, project time management, attention to construction detailing and quality control.
- Preferred: Certification in Revit or similar.
